Arrival and Departure

Arrivals may check in from 2pm. Our check out time is by 10am. These times are strictly adhered to during the summer months. Early Check in and late check out is available only in our Off season, May 1st to December 19th.

Local Stores

The General Store is a 2 minute drive from the park. You are able to purchase gas 24 hours a day from Allied Petrol by eftpos or credit card. The closest supermarket is Kaitaia, 40mins away. Recommend you are well stocked prior to coming.

Rubbish & Recycling

All accommodation rooms at Whatuwhiwhi TOP 10 are provided with both a standard rubbish bin and a recycling bin, and we strongly encourage all our guests to recycle their cans, bottles and plastic. Recycling bins are located at various points around the park for your convenience. Let’s keep New Zealand green!

Kayak & FISHING GEAR Hire

A great way to see our beautiful beaches and bays is in a kayak – whether you want to pack a picnic and head off for a full day of exploring the coastline or just paddle around at the beach for a few hours. We have kayaks for hire at $20 for the double and $10 for the single per 2 hours. Please book at the office.

Visitors

You are welcome to invite visitors to spend the day with you whilst you holiday here at Whatuwhiwhi TOP 10 Holiday Park. All visitors must report to the office on arrival and they must park their cars outside the park as inside parking is reserved for guests. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.
